  Nice store with lots of cool products and home decor. Definitely a good option when looking for new design. Huge free parking. Staff are nice but not genuine. If would have better service would give 5 stars. Some items are on sale and can find good deals.

  Some managers think that because they are managers that they no longer have to help customers. A very rude manager named Fareen. I was in the store and couldn’t find anyone to help me. Finally a woman was walking by without even acknowledging me. I only had one question. She abruptly told me that she will get someone to help me and then walked away. No one showed up to help me. As I was leaving the store she was sitting in a small room next to customer service chatting with someone. I didn’t bother asking her for help again. I did ask customer service for her name and what her position was. I was astonished to find out that she was a manager. The arrogance and complete and utter disrespect of Fareen the 'manager' is the reason I will never ever shop at that location or Bed Bath and Beyond ever again. I’ve always had amazing experiences there and no one has ever been this demeaning towards me ever! I WILL tell ALL my friends and family to never ever go to that store ever again.
