  Was in the area getting some work done on my car and decided to pop in about getting a quote for winter tires for my wife’s van. Didn’t know the tire size off hand either 16 or 17s. Rather than ask me some questions to narrow down the options and give me a couple different quotes I got a snarky “What do you want to give you 10 different quotes?”. Save your time and hit one of the other 10 places that sell winter tires in the area. Fountain tire could use a little work on their customer service. FYI all the other tire stores in the area were able to give me a couple quotes after they asked a couple questions.
