KMS has a good selection of quality tools however the staff all appear too busy to help anyone and hang out at their computer stations. There is a marked difference in the helpfulness of Summit Tools staff. Unfriendly, unhelpful staff are driving me to Summit which is too bad because the quality of tools is better at KMS.
