  They sell a down (feather) light-weight jacket that sheds feathers so much that I looked like a chicken when I took it off, feathers all over my hoodie! I showed my hoodie to the lady at the store but could not get a refund because I was told no refunds at the time of purchase, so I didn't ask for one, but really, how was I supposed to know? The lady I showed this to said that this type of jacket always sheds to which I said that it would have been nice to have been told this at purchase. I would not have bought it! She was not rude, but did not offer anything to compensate. I am disappointed.
